Welcome to Rick and Owen's Web Page a place where our friends, GAY, STRAIGHT, BI-SEXUAL, and TRANS can keep in touch and share a community spirit. Rick and Owen's property is situated on 5 grand acres located 20 minutes south of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island right on Nanaimo River.
Rick and Owen are also members of many groups like P-CAN, BC Bears, Rainbow Campers, Prime Timers, The Border Riders, and Vancouver Island Rainbow Association.
Rick and Owen purchased the property in 2001 and immediately began having many friends from all over the planet come to visit, share, and stay! In fact, their PRIVATE PROPERTY, at times looked like a campground. Rick and Owen are just two guys who love to have a good time in the outdoors and enjoy sharing that experience with their friends.
Although.again.the property , at times, may look like a campground.it is not!!
In the past few months Rick and Owen have had to retain a lawyer in order to defend their right to have friends visit and stay on the property. The on-going dispute has been straining on their lives finacially and emotionally.
As we all know.homophobia comes in many forms.
